• Promptly handle all maintenance & repairs including quick preparation of vacant units

• Collect rent … issue 3 day notices….oversee eviction 

• Provide monthly itemized rental statements and property inspections

• No extra fees we charge a small portion of the gross rent or a flat fee (if preferred).  If there is no rent collected due to a vacancy or non- payment no fees are charged.
