Manhattan Property Management was started by Manhattan Beach resident Greg Meidroth. Greg a local real estate agent and 4th generation MB resident was managing a few properties just for family and friends. However just through word of mouth Greg became the local “go to guy” for everything regarding rental properties in MB. In 2005 Greg started Manhattan Property Management and it has now grown into a full service property management company. We now manage all types of properties Manhattan, Hermosa, Redondo and El Segundo.

Manhattan Property Management has become the locals choice of property managers in the South Bay. We treat every property as if it were own. We have the best contractors, handymen, and plumbers on-call all at better rates than to the general public. We are different than most management companies, we actually work evenings and weekends and Greg is still the main contact for all owners and tenants.
